Privacy Policy

Mise is a pre-launch product. This policy explains what we collect when you join the waitlist or answer our research survey, why, and the choices you have. Plain language, no dark patterns.

What we collect

• Your email address, your language (EN/FR), and where you signed up from.
• Referral data: your referral code and, if you arrived via a link, who referred you.
• Survey answers you choose to give (household, habits, preferences). Optional and never required to stay on the list.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about page visits and funnel steps.

Why we collect it

To save your spot, send you the updates you signed up for, prevent abuse, and shape the product around real households. We do not sell your data. Ever.

How it is stored and who processes it

Data is stored in our database (Supabase) with row-level security. We use service providers strictly to operate the waitlist: email delivery (Resend), product analytics (PostHog), and hosting (Vercel). They process data on our behalf, not for their own purposes.

Consent and your rights

You join by your own action and consent to occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, and the unsubscribe link never expires. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — just email us and we will action it.

Retention

We keep waitlist and survey data only while it is useful for launching Mise, and delete or anonymize it on request or when it is no longer needed.
